Actual QUARTERS are needed to participate
How to Play:
1. Participants purchase a seat/table for the event with a Quarter Auction Paddle with the same number as one of the ping-pong balls.
2. The numbered ping-pong balls are placed in the hopper that will be used throughout the night to pick winners.
3. Participants use actual QUARTERS to enter the drawing/auction for each item as it comes up for bid.
4. Each item to be raffled/auctioned has an assigned value (i.e., “x” number
of quarters) and will be listed in a booklet/flyer. The more valuable the item, the more QUARTERS are required to participate.
5. Individuals who wish to enter the raffle for a specific item must put the
required number of QUARTERS into the bucket (usually in the middle of the table) and raise their paddle so the organizer and spotters can determine who is participating.
6. The organizer pulls a numbered ball from the hopper. If the person with the corresponding number did not participate for that specific item (i.e., did not put QUARTERS into the bucket on the table and, therefore, did not raise their paddle), the organizer continues pulling numbers until someone who did participate wins.
7. All numbered balls are returned to the hopper for the next item.
8. The process repeats until all of the items have been raffled.
9. “All-In” stickers are available for your numbered paddle to transform them into All-In Paddles. This makes the paddle owner eligible for every auction without using QUARTERS.
10. QUARTERS will be for sale at the event in case you run out.
11. Don’t forget about our other raffles: 50/50 and VIP (prizes worth over $200 each) and Gift Card Draw
