How to Play:
1.Participants purchase a sheet(s) of auction raffle tickets. These tickets are pre-numbered and, at the initial purchase,
come with a paddle and bin number ticket, each of which features the same number as the auction raffle tickets.
2.The bin number ticket is placed in the bin/drum that will be used throughout the night to pick winners.
3.Participants use the individual auction raffle tickets to enter the drawing/auction for each item as it comes up for bid.
4.Each item to be raffled/auctioned has an assigned value (i.e., “x” number of auction raffle tickets) and is commonly
listed in a booklet/flyer. The more valuable the item, the more auction raffle tickets are required to participate.
5.Individuals who wish to enter the raffle for a specific item must put the required number of auction raffle tickets into
the bucket (usually in the middle of the table) and raise their paddle so the organizer and spotters can determine who is
participating.
6.The organizer pulls a bin number ticket from the drum. If the person with the corresponding number did not
participate for that specific item (i.e., did not put auction raffle tickets into the bucket on the table and, therefore, did
not raise their paddle), the organizer continues pulling numbers until someone who did participate wins.
7.All bin number tickets are returned to the bin/drum for the next item.
8.The process repeats until all of the items have been raffled.
